Support completing your application
You must make sure you are prepared to provide the following details in order for the Support Team to be able to deal with your query effectively: -
- the child's name, as entered on the form
- the relevant Application Reference (if the application has been submitted)
- Your username, as supplied when you enrolled on the system, maybe required by the technical support desk
